Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

Q: How can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you samples.
1. If we have the sample in stock, we can provide sample to you free of charge, just give us your Express A/ C No.
2. If we do not have it in stock, we will make it for you, then you should pay the sample fee and freight, anyway the sample fee will pay back to you in the later orders.
Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end.
Q: How about payment?
A: Payment term: T/T, West Union, paypal.
1) 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T balance payment against the documents
2): For small order less than USD 5000, in order to saving the bank transfer for both of us, we need T/T 100% in advance.
